1. How long does it take to repair mobile phones?
What we provide is an immediate repair service. Generally, it takes about 15-30 minutes to replace the screen and battery of a mobile phone.
More complicated situations will take a long time, generally ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
2. Do you provide original parts?
Yes it is. PhoneStore uses original quality accessories, which have been professionally and strictly tested by us to guarantee the original quality.
3. Will the original factory maintenance be affected after disassembling the machine or replacing parts?
Any model of any brand will lose the original factory maintenance as long as it is disassembled and repaired.
4. Will the phone be waterproof after repair?
Yes, after disassembly and repair, there will be no waterproof function.
5. Will maintenance be provided after repair?
We will provide a 10-day warranty after repairing, but it does not include water, man-made damage and unofficial software updates. The warranty provided is limited to repaired parts.
